WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR HOME INSPECTIONS

• Roofing System: We closely examine the roof covering, flashing, gutters, and drainage systems to assess their condition and identify any potential issues, such as leaks or damage.

• Exterior: Our inspectors will assess the home’s exterior, including siding, windows, doors, decks, patios, and walkways. We also evaluate the grading and drainage around the property to ensure water is properly diverted away from the home.
• Structure and Foundation: The integrity of the home’s foundation is critical, and we thoroughly inspect the visible foundation, walls, floors, and ceilings for signs of cracking, settling, or other structural concerns.
• Plumbing System: From visible water supply lines to drainage systems and fixtures, we meticulously evaluate the plumbing system to identify any leaks, corrosion, or performance issues.
• Electrical System: We inspect the electrical panel, wiring, switches, outlets, and fixtures to ensure they are functioning safely and up to code. Any outdated or unsafe electrical practices are noted for further attention.
• Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC): A well-functioning HVAC system is vital for home comfort. We inspect the furnace, air conditioner, ductwork, and ventilation to ensure everything is operating efficiently and safely.
• Interior Components: We assess the condition of interior elements, such as walls, ceilings, floors, stairways, and handrails, to ensure they are in good condition and free from hazards.
